Project Resources

The projects aims to provide individuals and families with access to information that will improve their well-being and strengthen the social fabric of our community. This can only be achieved by working directly with people to encourage their financial independence through specialist advice and advocacy.

The project works with people in their own homes believing that this is an environment in which the client is comfortable and most able to give a clear picture of their circumstances. Each advice worker is equiped with portable computers that provide on site debt management, welfare benefit calculation, and internet access. The project is equipped with various aids that enable us to provide a service to clients in their homes. From high spec computers to welfare rights handbooks and wider connections to other specialist organisations, we aim to provide a service that meets the needs of people.

The project would like to endorse PGDebt8 Debt Management Software which enables a small team of specialist advisors like ourselves to provide support to a large number of clients without any reduction in service provision and standard of work.
